Nominations for the Class of 2026 are now open and will close on May 31st
Each year Leadership Albany takes nominations in the spring for the upcoming class year. Nominations must be made by an alumni of Leadership Albany. Anyone interested in participating in Leadership Albany should seek out an alumni who knows them well and is able to submit their name for nomination. Nominees should demonstrate leadership abilities for the benefit of Southwest Georgia, are typically already successful leaders with diverse backgrounds, represent varied business, civic and non-profit sectors, and are poised to substantially increase and broaden their scope of leadership capacity within their personal and professional lives.
Instructions and applications will be emailed to those nominated after nominations are closed. Nominees will be instructed on a due date for the application. Alumni making nominations should discuss the process with their candidate and follow up with them to ensure they received and complete the application information that will be sent to them.
